I’m looking for a Performance Analyst to support a short discovery phase with a UK government department, reviewing the help and guidance/support offer across their website.
This is a part-time contract (10 days total) running mid-Feb to 31st March, ideally starting w/c 16th February (some flexibility), but all work must be completed by 31st March.
You’ll work alongside an in-house Performance Analyst to baseline usage data across support platforms and identify where there are crossovers, gaps, drop-offs and opportunities for improvement. Strong Google Analytics / GA4 experience is essential, and UK government / GDS experience is required.
Remote (UK-based). Occasional London office visits are useful but not essential.
Rate: £700/day inside IR35.
Interviews will run 11th–12th Feb (30 mins) and will include a short pre-call activity to demonstrate your approach.
