We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to take ownership of a complex, large-scale B2B SaaS platform at a key transformation point. This is not a surface-level design role. The product underpins real-world operations, enabling businesses to manage bookings, schedules, inventory and logistics in one place. It's been in market for ~30 years and is now being rebuilt from the ground up as a modern, cloud-based platform. They're a few months away from a major MVP launch, with a significant roadmap beyond that.
The role:
- You'll be embedded within a product squad, working closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape and deliver a deeply complex system.
- This role is heavily weighted towards UX and systems thinking, with a strong focus on structuring workflows and simplifying complexity.
- You'll be responsible for:
- leading end-to-end design across discovery, UX and delivery
- mapping and improving complex information architecture across multiple modules
- designing workflows that make operationally heavy systems feel intuitive
- contributing to and evolving a shared design system
- collaborating closely with product and engineering to ship high quality solutions
- running user testing and stakeholder workshops post-launch
What they're looking for:
- experience designing complex B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
- strong information architecture and systems thinking capability
- a portfolio that demonstrates scale, depth and end-to-end ownership
- comfortable working autonomously within cross-functional teams
- commercially aware, product-minded, able to challenge and shape direction
- interest in new tools and ways of working, including AI-enabled design
Environment:
- fully remote, very occasional travel
- small, experienced product design team
- high autonomy, no hand-holding
- fast-moving environment, using tools like Figma and AI-assisted prototyping to move quickly
This is a good fit for someone who enjoys untangling complexity and designing systems that actually work in the real world. If that sounds relevant, happy to share more detail. APPLY BELOW!
