Working for a FinTech with an existing design team, reporting to a Head of Product & Design. It’s a wealth management platform that combines technology, data, and human expertise to deliver financial life planning. Their platform aggregates all your financial accounts into one view, offering transparent reporting and analysis. They also provide personalised advice aligned with life goals (e.g. retirement, career transitions, legacy planning). They have an office in London and require you there 3 days a week – although the exact days can be flexible. Sponsorship is NOT AVAILABLE.

THE ROLE

You’d be part of a decent-sized team working across mobile apps (iOS and Android), a client web portal, and internal operations tools. As they scale, design plays a central role in shaping both the customer journey and internal tools that keep the business running smoothly. Looking for a UI Designer who’s passionate about clean, consistent design and enjoys getting into the detail of native mobile and web interfaces. You’ll:

  • Design high-quality interfaces, prototypes and mockups for mobile and web platforms
  • Use and help evolve their Figma-based design system
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers and other designers
  • Champion best practices in UI design and stay current on platform standards (iOS, Android, web)
  • Balance polish with pragmatism in a fast-paced, growing environment

THE CANDIDATE

  • Experienced in designing for both mobile (iOS & Android) and web applications
  • Confident working with and contributing to design systems (ideally in Figma)
  • Knowledgeable about platform-specific UI guidelines and best practices
  • Comfortable working alongside developers and product folks in cross-functional teams
  • Strong focus on UI Design with a portfolio that demonstrates this (this isn’t a UX/UI design role)
  • Realistically, we’re looking for candidates with 1-3 years experience, ideally at large tech firms or scale-ups and used to fast-paced environments

If this sounds like you, then please get in touch ASAP with your CV & portfolio to stand the best chance of getting an interview!
