The role is a full 360 role with real ownership and autonomy. You will manage the recruitment process end to end, build long term client partnerships, and position Zebra People as the recruitment partner of choice in your market. You will be trusted to run your desk like a business, backed by a supportive leadership team that genuinely understands recruitment. You will work on a mix of contingent, embedded and retained work, with strong existing client relationships as well as the opportunity to win new business. We are open to speaking with recruiters at all levels, including those earlier in their career who are ready to step into a true 360 role, as well as more experienced Consultants looking for a high quality, values led environment.
