A well-established travel brand based in South London, just 25 minutes from London Bridge is seeing an experienced Product Designer to enhance their overall experience. You will need to travel to their offices close to Croydon 2 days a week.

The Role
We’re looking for a sole Product Designer (UX/UI) to lead the design and user experience improvements across the website and booking journey. This is a full-time or 12-month fixed-term contract role with the option for 4 days a week (pro rata). You’ll work closely with ecommerce, tech, and creative teams, owning UX/UI design across multiple projects that impact thousands of travellers monthly. Your responsibilities include redesigning booking flows, evolving the design system, creating wireframes and prototypes in Figma, collaborating with developers for smooth handovers, and presenting design ideas to stakeholders.
The Candidate
- 5+ years’ experience designing ecommerce websites, preferably in travel, hospitality, lifestyle, or similar industries
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience designing booking or checkout journeys (portfolio must demonstrate this)
- Strong UX skills combined with sharp UI attention to detail
- Comfortable working within brand guidelines while innovating fresh solutions
- Experienced collaborator across teams including ecommerce, marketing, development, and BA
- Design system advocate, organised with clean files and smooth developer handovers
- Basic knowledge of accessibility best practices and a commitment to inclusive design
- Proficient in Figma with strong prototyping and testing experience
- Experience designing for a diverse customer base is a plus
- A passion for travel and enhancing customer journeys is a bonus
