Senior Product Designer – Digital Banking
We’re working with a fast-growing, product-led digital bank that’s building thoughtful, inclusive financial products used by millions of customers.
They’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end product design across core banking experiences, shaping how customers interact with money day-to-day. You’ll sit within a cross-functional product team and play a key role in driving both customer experience and broader strategic design initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
• Owning the product experience from discovery through to delivery and iteration
• Designing intuitive, high-quality experiences that balance customer needs and business outcomes
• Partnering closely with product managers and engineers to shape strategy, vision and execution
• Leading and contributing to user research, using both qualitative and quantitative insights
• Iteratively testing and refining designs, with a strong focus on accessibility and vulnerable users
• Contributing to and raising the bar of a mature design system and design culture
• Communicating clearly with a wide range of stakeholders
What they’re looking for
• A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design, clear thinking and high-quality execution
• Experience designing complex digital products (fintech, banking or regulated environments a plus)
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for inclusive design
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
• Strong research capability and data-informed decision making
• Proven experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional product teams
• Excellent communication, collaboration and facilitation skills

Salary; £70k – £95k depending on experience.
2 days required in the London office.
