This is a process optimisation and change management role working at a fast-paced edtech business that is going through a digital transformation. Sitting at the intersection of product, technology, and business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for making this edtech product and tech teams more effective by analysing, improving, and implementing better ways of working.

Core Purpose

  • Process Improvement: Conduct deep-dive analysis of existing product and tech team processes (think time & motion studies) to identify inefficiencies and optimisation opportunities.
  • Change Implementation: Lead the operational readiness and adoption of new digital products across the business.
  • Business Transformation: Help transform my client from a traditional education provider to a customer-centric, data-driven digital organisation.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Process Analysis & Optimisation: Review how product and tech teams currently work, identify bottlenecks, and implement more efficient processes.
  • Go-to-Market Operations: Ensure smooth product launches by coordinating between product teams and business stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute strategies to help staff adopt new products and working methods.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use metrics and analytics to measure success and guide improvements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between technical teams and business operations.

Essential Background:

  • Previous Product/Tech Experience: Must have worked within product or technology teams and understand agile methodologies intimately.
  • Process Improvement Expertise: Proven track record of analysing and optimising business processes.
  • Change Management Skills: Experience managing large-scale organisational change in agile environments.
  • Data Literacy: Comfortable with data analysis and using metrics to drive decisions.
