We’re working with a global, content-led digital business undergoing a significant product and design transformation.
They’re investing heavily in design and hiring multiple Lead Product Designers to shape the next generation of consumer-facing experiences across a portfolio of well-known brands.
This is a good opportunity to step into a true lead role, owning end to end product experiences, influencing strategy, and working closely with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and editorial.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning product experiences end to end, from discovery through to delivery and iteration
- Shaping how content, storytelling, and interaction come together across web and mobile
- Working closely with product and engineering to define what gets built and how
- Using data and research to inform decisions and improve engagement, retention, and subscription journeys
- Contributing to design systems, components, and scalable patterns across multiple products
- Playing a key role in how AI and new tooling are introduced into the design process
What they’re looking for
- Strong product design background, comfortable across UX and UI
- Experience working on consumer-facing products, ideally content, media, or subscription-led
- Able to think in systems, but still care about craft, layout, typography, and interaction detail
- Confident working with stakeholders and able to challenge where needed
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and a fast-changing environment
- Interest in AI and how it can enhance design workflows and product experiences
Nice to have
- Experience with native apps (iOS / Android) alongside web
- Background in content, publishing, or storytelling-led products
