We’re partnering with an established digital experience agency to find a Senior UX Designer with strong end-to-end UX capability and confident client-facing skills. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking complex digital experiences and making them intuitive, usable and commercially effective. You’ll work across research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing, collaborating closely with clients, UI Designers and Engineers to take ideas through to delivery.
As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll take ownership of projects across the full UX process, from early discovery and research through to detailed design and implementation. You’ll work within a fast-paced agency environment, helping shape complex digital products while also building strong client relationships and contributing to the wider direction of the work.
- Leading UX work from discovery through to delivery
- Running usability testing and using insight to improve experiences
- Working closely with UI Designers and Engineers to bring ideas into production
- Presenting thinking, recommendations and design rationale to clients and senior stakeholders
- Facilitating workshops and helping shape briefs and product direction
- Using research, data and customer insight to identify opportunities and inform decisions
- Contributing to design systems, patterns and standards
Strong commercial experience in UX or Experience Design is required, along with agency experience, ideally working across multiple client accounts. You should have strong end-to-end UX experience across research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing, as well as experience owning projects rather than contributing as a small part of a much larger programme. Strong product thinking and the ability to turn insight into practical design solutions are essential, along with experience working closely with UI Designers and Engineers through delivery. Additionally, experience contributing to design systems and identifying opportunities within client accounts to help expand the scope of work is important. Experience working with large-scale digital platforms or complex customer journeys is also beneficial.
The role is London hybrid, with around 2 days per week in the office, and is paying up to £70k.
