A chance to play a key role within a fast-growing, digital-first consumer platform operating within the online gambling space. This role is open to Junior-Mid Level. We’ve partnered with a high-growth entertainment platform, looking to hire a Product Manager focussed on experimentation and conversion optimisation.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of the experimentation programme across a high-traffic digital platform. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams to design, run and analyse A/B tests that directly impact conversion, revenue, and user experience. Approx. 2 days a week needed in their London office (near to Liverpool Street). ASAP start! A 3-month notice period would be too long for this one. £40,000-£60,000.
THE ROLE- Own the end-to-end experimentation process: from hypothesis and test design through to analysis and recommendations.
- Define clear success metrics and ensure experiments are statistically sound.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate tracking and clean implementation.
- Work with analytics to monitor performance and extract meaningful insights.
- Translate data into actionable product decisions and recommendations.
- Partner with design and research to combine qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Manage and prioritise the experimentation pipeline.
- Experience working in ecommerce, digital products, or growth-focussed environments.
- Hands-on experience running A/B testing on purchase journeys.
- CRO experience.
- Strong understanding of experimentation principles and data interpretation.
- Comfortable working with funnels, KPIs, and user behaviour data.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a strong bias toward testing and learning.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with experimentation or analytics tools.
- Exposure to user research or behavioural insights.
