We’re partnering with a leading experience design agency helping B2B and B2C brands transform complex customer experiences. This is a senior, commercially accountable role at the intersection of service design, UX execution, and transformation strategy. You’ll lead end-to-end discovery, translate insights into future-state solutions, and rapidly prototype concepts to unlock business opportunities.

THE ROLE

  • Lead discovery and transformation engagements in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Translate research into journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and prototypes
  • Use rapid concepting (including AI tools) to illustrate new directions and opportunities
  • Influence senior stakeholders and identify account growth opportunities
  • Manage and mentor a small team of UX designers
  • Connect design work to measurable business impact

THE CANDIDATE

  • 10+ years in UX, service design, and/or experience strategy
  • Strong systems thinking across multi-channel environments
  • Experience leading transformation programmes and shaping commercials
  • Skilled in discovery research, workshops, and strategic prototyping
  • Comfortable working at pace, navigating ambiguity, and influencing C-level stakeholders
  • Commercially minded, hands-on, and experienced in line-management (even if just 1 other person)
  • Recent experience working within an agency or consultancy
