I’m working with a fast growing digital consumer brand that is looking for a Product Growth Manager to help shape its experimentation and CRO function. This is a hands on product role focused on A/B testing, conversion optimisation, customer journeys and product led growth. You will work closely with product, design, BI, research and engineering to understand user behaviour, build hypotheses, run experiments and turn results into clear product decisions.

They are looking for someone with 2 to 4 years’ experience across product, CRO, growth or experimentation, ideally from an ecommerce, marketplace, B2C or digital product environment. You will need hands on experience designing and running tests, not just reporting on them, with a solid understanding of success metrics, control groups and statistical significance.

Useful experience includes:

  • CRO
  • A/B testing
  • Funnel optimisation
  • Customer journey optimisation
  • Ecommerce or marketplace products
  • GA, Looker, Heap, VWO, Optimizely or UserTesting

The team are looking for someone analytical, curious, low ego and collaborative.
