We are a fast‑growing digital consumer brand looking for a Product Growth Manager to shape our experimentation and CRO function. This hands‑on product role focuses on A/B testing, conversion optimisation, customer journeys and product‑led growth. You will collaborate with product, design, BI, research and engineering to understand user behaviour, build hypotheses, run experiments and turn results into clear product decisions.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in product, conversion rate optimisation, growth or experimentation, ideally within ecommerce, marketplace, B2C or digital product environments.
- Hands‑on experience designing and running tests, with a solid understanding of success metrics, control groups and statistical significance.
- Proficiency with tools such as GA, Looker, Heap, VWO, Optimizely or UserTesting.
