We’re looking for a CRO Specialist to enhance our clients' website performance by optimizing conversion rates. As part of their website team, you’ll play a vital role in refining strategies, focusing on their blog and paid landing pages. You’ll take ownership of the testing roadmap, transforming insights into actionable improvements that help turn high-quality prospects into customers, and drive direct impact on their business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage CRO strategies to improve website performance and conversion rates.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation, utilizing data to inform optimization decisions.
  • Focus on enhancing blog content and paid landing pages to drive higher engagement and conversions.
  • Work closely with demand generation, SEO, and content teams to balance educational value with conversion objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a structured testing roadmap using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Leverage AI tools to refine website performance and enhance user experience.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and report on progress, offering insights for continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Proficiency in VWO (or similar A/B testing platforms), Unbounce, HubSpot CMS, and GA4.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize website conversions.
  • Background in optimizing B2B website conversion funnels, with a strong grasp of guiding prospects through complex decision journeys.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, turning data into strategic improvements.
  • Understanding of UX design principles and how they impact conversion rates.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, SEO, and content teams.
  • Results-driven approach with a growth mindset—ready to learn from both successful and unsuccessful experiments.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to assist in test implementation.
  • Strong reporting skills to clearly communicate conversion insights and progress.
  • Passion for staying up to date with the latest CRO trends, tools, and best practices.

Who You’ll Work With:

You’ll be part of the Website + SEO team, reporting to their Senior Website Optimization Manager while collaborating closely with the SEO Manager, their developer, and the Performance Marketing team.
