We’re working with a Health and Fitness brand who are on a mission to empower people to feel healthier and happier, and they’re looking for a CRM Manager to join them! This brand has developed digital products aimed at helping people transform their lives by focusing on food and fitness – they’ve helped over half a million people so far gain incredible results. Now, they’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and hands-on CRM expert to take their customer experience to the next level.

As their CRM Manager, you’ll lead the way on keeping their customers engaged and happy. From mapping journeys and rolling out smart communication, this role covers it all. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, bringing ideas to life and making sure every message hits the mark. It’s a fast-moving, hands-on role, perfect for someone who loves a challenge and thrives in a 4-day week.

What will you be working on?

  • Campaigns & Strategy – Planning and running CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app), creating personalised customer journeys.
  • Data and Optimisation – Using segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics to improve engagement and retention.
  • Reporting and Analysis – Tracking performance, developing testing roadmaps, and sharing insights with leadership.
  • Creative Development – Collaborating on eye-catching content and dynamic messaging to enhance the brand experience.

What are the essentials?

  • They need a CRM Manager with a passion for lifecycle marketing, customer insights, and engaging content.

We'd love to hear from you if...

  • You have previously worked within an app business, or a subscription model, with a CV that demonstrates your successes.
  • You have previously worked in a startup, or an app-based company.
  • You have proven success in lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and retention strategies.
  • You’re confident with CRM platforms like Braze or Iterable, including migrations and dynamic content development.
  • You come with strong data analysis and reporting skills using tools like Amplitude or Metabase. SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • You have creative flair; easily able to craft compelling copy, build email templates in HTML, and collaborate on campaign concepts.
  • You have hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing to improve performance.
  • You’re comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced 4-day workweek environment, and you love solving problems.
  • You’re able to manage complex workflows and ensure smooth, optimised customer journeys.
  • You’re a clear, confident communicator who works well across teams.
  • You have strong attention to detail.

Bonus skills:

  • Experience with platform migrations, ASO, design thinking, or advanced segmentation is a plus.

Salary: Up to £80,000

WFH policy: 2 days/week in London office
