Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist / Executive needed by a leading insights platform that helps businesses leverage data to understand and engage their target customers. You’ll be required in the London office 1-day a week (more if you prefer). This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract at up to £40,000 (pro-rata). There is a chance it could extend or turn into a permanent role after that time but not guaranteed. Fully remote working is not available. Neither is sponsorship.

THE ROLE

You’ll drive meaningful growth by optimising conversion rates through data-driven experimentation. You’ll own the CRO testing roadmap, working closely with their Demand Generation and Content Teams to enhance their blog and paid landing pages. Your expertise will help turn high-quality prospects into customers, directly impacting business growth. This role would sit in the Website & SEO squad, reporting into the Senior Website Optimisation Manager, working with the SEO Manager, a Designer and Developer. But also with the Performance Marketing team too.

THE CANDIDATE

  • 3+ years of CRO experience, optimising B2B website conversion funnels.
  • Proficiency in key CRO tools (VWO or similar, Unbounce, HubSpot CMS, GA4).
  • AI-driven website optimisation experience to enhance conversions and UX.
  • Strong analytical skills, turning insights into impactful improvements.
  • Testing roadmap ownership, using both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • UX knowledge, balancing user experience with conversion goals.
  • Collaborative mindset, working cross-functionally with demand gen, SEO, and content teams.
  • Basic HTML & CSS skills for test implementation.
  • Clear reporting, tracking and communicating performance metrics.
  • Passion for CRO trends, continuously bringing fresh ideas to the team.
