A UK-based digital bank is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join on a 6-month contract during a critical launch period for its current account. This is an execution-first role. The focus is on driving customer sign-up, adoption and cross-sell, particularly converting existing lending customers into current account users. You’ll be embedded closely with Product, Growth and CRM teams, translating strategy into action and moving fast.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning go-to-market execution for a consumer current account during a major launch window
- Shaping clear, customer-led positioning and messaging across key touchpoints
- Driving conversion through lifecycle messaging, incentives, and test-and-learn experimentation
- Working closely with Product and Design to influence onboarding, in-app journeys and feature framing
- Using data and insight to prioritise tests, learn quickly, and iterate at pace
- Supporting cross-sell initiatives from lending and other products into the current account
- Partnering with CRM, Growth, Content and Performance teams to deliver joined-up activity
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in B2C product marketing, growth marketing or lifecycle marketing
- Proven track record of driving behaviour change, conversion or adoption at scale
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, slightly scrappy environments
- Data-led, experimental mindset — you know what to test and why
- Confident working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design and Marketing
- Pragmatic and execution-focused — you prioritise impact over polish
- Nice to have, not essential: Experience in fintech, banking, subscriptions, apps or regulated consumer products
- Background in behavioural science, experimentation or growth optimisation
This role is ideal for someone who can drop in quickly, get under the skin of the product, and deliver measurable impact over a short period. It’s not a purely strategic role, it’s about making things happen.
