A leading global B2B Fintech firm is seeking a Head of/VP Revenue Operations to drive the modernization of its CRM ecosystem, build scalable analytics capabilities, and enable predictable, sustainable revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role is a key member of the senior leadership team.
The Head of/VP of Revenue Operations will own CRM strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics, while building and scaling a high-performing Revenue Operations function. This role requires a hands-on, strategic leader who thrives in a complex, multi-product environment and has a proven track record of driving growth and operational efficiency in fast-scaling organizations.
