A leading global B2B Fintech/SaaS firm is seeking a Head of/VP Revenue Operations to build the revenue operations org, drive the modernization of its CRM ecosystem, build scalable analytics capabilities, and enable predictable, sustainable revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role is a key member of the senior leadership team. The Head of/VP of Revenue Operations will own CRM strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics, while building and scaling a high-performing Revenue Operations function. This role requires a hands-on, strategic leader who thrives in a complex, multi-product environment and has a proven track record of driving growth and operational efficiency in fast-scaling organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the cleanup and transformation of Salesforce across multiple merged business entities, including account hierarchies, data governance, and reporting frameworks.
  • Design and oversee a scalable analytics engine to support data-driven decision-making, including pipeline management, forecasting, sensitivity analysis, and revenue reporting.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to optimize processes around territory alignment, quota setting, commission planning, and deal governance.
  • Develop accurate bookings and revenue forecasts in collaboration with Finance, supporting budgeting, quarterly business reviews, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support revenue growth initiatives, using analytics to identify expansion, cross-sell, and client success opportunities.
  • Build and lead the Revenue Operations team, initially managing a small core team and scaling as the business grows.
  • Own and enhance Salesforce adoption and effectiveness, ensuring clean data, improved reporting, and automation of manual processes; evaluate and implement complementary tools as needed.
  • Act as a key bridge between Sales, Finance, and executive leadership, ensuring alignment on growth priorities and revenue execution.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Revenue Operations leadership experience within B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven environments, supporting complex sales models (subscription, usage-based, transactional data or hybrid).
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with Salesforce, including CRM cleanup, modernization, and account structure design.
  • Demonstrated success driving growth and operational efficiency in private equity-backed, high-growth, or transformation environments.
  • Strong analytical background with experience building dashboards, forecasting models, and metrics-driven strategies.
  • Proven people leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • Experience optimizing sales processes, territory models, quotas, and compensation structures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate at both strategic and executional level.
  • Exposure to both SaaS and volume-driven revenue streams is highly desirable.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
