We are supporting a high-growth enterprise SaaS business in their search for a Chief Product Officer to lead product strategy, monetisation innovation and GTM execution during a major scale-up phase.

The company has strong product-market fit, a differentiated AI-driven platform, and significant backing to accelerate growth. This is a high-impact, hands‑on CPO role working directly with an industry‑respected CEO.

What You’ll Own

• Define and evolve the product vision to scale ARR and expand ecosystem value
• Launch new monetisation models that drive ACV growth (including usage‑, action‑, data‑, outcome‑ and agent‑based pricing)
• Lead product, data, and AI teams to build predictive and proactive solutions
• Build a high‑performing product organisation with strong execution discipline
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and CS to drive seamless GTM alignment
• Introduce new product packages and deliver commercially successful launches

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years in senior product leadership within Enterprise B2B SaaS
• Experience scaling from ~$80M ARR towards $250M+ ARR
• Strong commercial mindset with proven revenue and monetisation impact
• Demonstrated success moving from seat/module pricing to usage‑ and outcome‑based monetisation
• Deep fluency in data, AI/ML, and leveraging proprietary data for product advantage
• Track record of building execution excellence while maintaining innovation
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, PE‑backed, high‑growth environments
