About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Executive Search Consultant to lead high‑profile searches and play a key role in developing client relationships and growing our business globally. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end executive search assignments for VP and C‑level roles across technology sectors.
- Conduct market mapping, candidate sourcing, and confidential approaches to top talent.
- Present compelling opportunities to senior executives and manage all aspects of the interview process.
- Build and manage client relationships, proactively identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Drive business development initiatives, generating new mandates and expanding existing accounts.

Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in executive search, recruitment, or a consultative client‑facing role.
- Proven business development track record, including generating and winning new opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, results‑driven, and resilient, with a strong commercial mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple high‑profile assignments simultaneously.
- Global outlook, adaptable, with excellent business‑level English.
