We’re looking for a curious and data-driven junior analyst to join a fast-paced agency, supporting campaign performance, audience insights and digital strategy.

Role: Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of audience, campaign and market analysis.
  • Monitor campaign performance across digital and social channels.
  • Assist with reporting, dashboards and presenting key findings to internal teams.
  • Research consumer behaviour, trends and competitor activity.
  • Support paid social and digital campaign analysis to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Work with data and insight tools to gather meaningful information.
  • Help identify patterns, opportunities and actionable recommendations from campaign results.
  • Support ongoing testing, learning and performance improvement across campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an Analyst, Insights, or Digital Marketing role (minimum 18 months), ideally in a marketing/digital agency or similar.
  • A genuine interest in analytics, campaign performance and digital trends.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data.
  • Experience using reporting, analytics or social platform tools.
  • A good understanding of Excel and data organisation.
