We’re on the hunt for a Business Development Manager who has experience within the talent / influencer space. Our client partners with global creators and brands and they are excited for someone to join them to be part of their continued growth.
A snapshot of the role
- Spot and unlock new business opportunities that help take the agency (and talent) to the next level.
- Build strong, authentic relationships with brands and partners – turning conversations into long-term collaborations.
- Stay ahead of the curve on influencer trends, platforms, and what brands are really buying into right now.
- Be out in the industry – events, launches, networking, building connections and raising the agency’s profile.
What you’ll bring to the table
- Solid experience in business development / sales, ideally within influencer, talent, or a creative agency environment.
- A strong grasp of the influencer space – platforms, trends, and what brands are actually looking for right now.
- Naturally confident communicator who can pitch ideas, negotiate deals, and build trust quickly.
- Relationship-led – you know how to turn first conversations into long-term partnerships.
- Self-starter mindset – proactive, driven, and comfortable owning your pipeline.
- Commercially aware, with a focus on results and growth.
