We are looking for a data-driven marketing manager who thrives in overseeing operational excellence and delivering structured, reporting and commercial-focused marketing functions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of marketing activity
- Manage campaign planning, execution, reporting and overall performance analysis
- Coordinate major launches and marketing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track
- Oversee CRM, email marketing and customer communications
- Monitor budgets, marketing spend and ROI across campaigns
- Produce clear performance reports, insights and recommendations for improvement
- Analyse campaign and customer data to support marketing decisions and future activity
- Support and guide the wider marketing team to ensure projects run efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a consistent and positive customer and brand experience
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Previous experience within a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing position ideally within a professional services environment
- Strong understanding of campaign delivery, reporting, marketing operations and performance analysis
- Experience working with marketing data, insights and reporting tools
- Confident managing multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously
- Commercially aware with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, process-driven and solutions-focused approach
