We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong digital insight and a genuine passion for performance marketing to help elevate our digital offering even further.

The role

  • This is a senior position responsible for leading the development and execution of digital strategies in line with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • You will work across a range of digital channels and campaign types specific to the customer buyer journey, driving measurable outcomes.
  • Plan, build, optimise and report on Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display and Paid Social campaigns, with attention to buyer behaviour.
  • Support conversion tracking, GA4 measurement and campaign attribution best practice.
  • Translate business goals into actionable digital plans that grow leads, bookings and sales.
  • Align campaigns with broader client business objectives across the full customer journey.
  • Absorb client problems or campaign objectives, then define, articulate and present recommendations confidently.
  • Lead cross‑channel campaign execution, ensuring performance and audience targeting are fully optimised.
  • Use data and analytics to optimise campaigns at every stage and recommend actionable enhancements.
  • Act as the digital voice for the agency, helping clients understand digital opportunities and presenting post‑campaign results with detailed insights.
