What you'll be doing:
- Leading the SEO strategy and content team, line managing Strategy ADs across multiple locations
- Driving integration and consistency across SEO disciplines, breaking down silos in ways of working
- Overseeing client strategies, QA processes and delivery roadmaps to ensure best in class output
- Managing client profitability including scopes, burn rates and commercial performance
- Supporting new business pitches and feeding into commercial proposals
- Building the agency’s external profile through thought leadership, events and awards
- Leading training and development across the SEO team
