We act as an extension of our clients' marketing teams, building tactical, performance‑driven campaigns that deliver leads, sales and measurable return on investment. Our expertise spans digital strategy, search and paid social, creative campaigns, CRM and events, design and print, all tailored to the unique needs of retail.
We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong digital insight and a genuine passion for performance marketing to help elevate our digital offering even further.
The role
This is a senior position responsible for leading the development and execution of digital strategies in line with client objectives and brand guidelines. You will work across a range of digital channels and campaign types specific to the customer buyer journey, driving measurable outcomes.
- Plan, build, optimise and report on Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display and Paid Social campaigns, with attention to buyer behaviour.
- Support conversion tracking, GA4 measurement and campaign attribution best practice.
- Translate business goals into actionable digital plans that grow leads, bookings and sales.
- Align campaigns with broader client business objectives across the full customer journey.
- Absorb client problems or campaign objectives, then define, articulate and present recommendations confidently.
- Lead cross‑channel campaign execution, ensuring performance and audience targeting are fully optimised.
- Use data and analytics to optimise campaigns at every stage and recommend actionable enhancements.
- Act as the digital voice for the agency, helping clients understand digital opportunities and presenting post‑campaign results with detailed insights.
- Support, mentor and develop junior members of the digital team.
Work closely with creative, digital and other teams.
