Using the latest research techniques and with a huge emphasis on behaviour, emotional drivers and cultural shifts, this agency embraces new qualitative techniques to develop strategies that transform brands and customers experience, elevating and shaping the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the qualitative proposition across the business, steering a wide variety of strategic challenges.
- Elevate and support by setting the direction of projects, leading moderation and delivery.
- Assist in winning new business and developing long‑lasting client relationships.
- Facilitate workshops, co‑creation sessions and debriefs.
- Create change and commercial impact for brands through fresh insights and inspiring outputs.
- Mentor, train, and coach junior team members.
Essential Qualifications
- Previous brand strategist experience or a qualitative market researcher consumer‑led background.
- Previous insight/market research agency experience.
- Well versed in full‑service complicated qualitative projects, IDIs, triads, focus groups and moderating.
- Hunger and drive to create change and commercial impact for brands.
