We’re looking for a Technical SEO Manager to join a leading digital agency to lead a talented team and take ownership of a portfolio of high-value client accounts. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll be shaping strategies, mentoring an SEO Executive, and delivering results that really make a difference.

What you’ll do:
- Manage day-to-day technical SEO for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality delivery
- Lead audits, crawl and log file analysis, indexation fixes, internal linking, and competitor research
- Integrate UX insights and emerging technologies into SEO strategies
- Analyse large datasets and turn insights into actionable recommendations
- Present strategies, findings, and recommendations confidently to clients
- Mentor and guide an SEO Executive, contributing to training and best practice across the team
- Collaborate with Paid Search and Strategy teams to deliver integrated, incremental performance
Who we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in SEO, ideally within an agency environment
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level clients and large budgets
- Expertise with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, and others
- Excellent analytical skills and confident working with large datasets
- Exceptional communication skills
- Highly organised, practical, and solution-focused
