I'm working with a genuinely strong performance-led agency who are looking for a Paid Performance Manager to join their Leeds team. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a scaled, well-established performance environment working across both B2B and B2C brands. You'll get the best of both worlds, strategic B2B campaigns alongside fast-paced, commercially driven B2C accounts. This isn't just about managing campaigns. It's about owning performance and having a real say in how accounts grow.

The Role

  • You'll take ownership of paid media across your client set, from implementation through to optimisation, insight and long-term growth strategy.
  • Managing campaigns across Google and Microsoft (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and more).
  • Driving automation, testing frameworks and best practices.
  • Working closely with senior leadership to shape paid strategy.
  • Managing and mentoring 1–2 execs.
  • Leading client calls and presenting monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Delivering reporting that goes beyond numbers.
