This is a great role for someone who enjoys owning client relationships and being right at the centre of delivery. I’m working with a really well-established digital agency that’s looking to bring in a Senior Account Manager to support across a portfolio of performance-led clients. You’ll be the person the clients trust. The one who keeps everything moving, spots opportunities, and makes sure performance is heading in the right direction across Paid, SEO, Social and CRM.
The Role
- Owning client relationships and becoming a genuine partner to them
- Translating business goals into clear performance plans and KPIs
- Leading client comms, from weekly check-ins to quarterly reviews
- Working closely with channel specialists to make sure campaigns are delivering
- Keeping a close eye on performance, spotting trends and pushing for improvements
- Identifying growth opportunities across accounts
- Making sure everything is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
You
- This isn’t a hands-on channel role, but you’ll need to know your way around performance marketing.
- Solid experience in an account management role within a digital or performance agency
- A good understanding of Paid Media, SEO and Social
- Confidence in discussing performance, attribution and reporting with clients
- Experience working with tools like GA4, ad platforms and reporting suites
- The ability to challenge constructively and push for better results
- Strong organisational skills
