What the role looks like

You’ll own the social function from top to bottom. That means shaping strategy across a portfolio of clients, setting the creative direction for social content, and leading a team to deliver it. You’ll be the senior voice when it comes to social, both internally and in client conversations, and you’ll have a genuine say in how the agency’s social offering continues to grow. Day to day you’ll be across campaign planning, content strategy, performance and reporting, and keeping your team motivated and developing. You’ll work closely with PR, content, and activation colleagues so an appreciation of integrated campaigns will stand you in good stead.
