You'll be the person the team turns to when things get complex, and the one setting the standard across everything from campaign builds to client strategy. I'm working with an independent media agency in Leeds, and they're looking for a PPC Lead to own the paid search function, technically and strategically.

The Role:

  • Being the technical authority on paid search, troubleshooting, guiding, and quality checking across a team that works across domestic and international accounts.
  • Setting and maintaining high standards across all campaign activity, including builds, optimisations, and client onboarding.
  • Making sure clients always have a clear strategic direction with documented plans, testing frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
  • Mentoring and developing the PPC team through regular coaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Keeping the agency ahead of the curve by testing new tools, platforms, and automation approaches.
  • Contributing to the wider paid media strategy and helping shape how the department evolves.

You:
