A high-performing, award-winning agency is entering an exciting phase of growth and looking for a Digital Performance Director to take ownership of its performance offering. The Digital Performance Director will be working across a portfolio of world-class brands, with the opportunity to shape how performance is defined, delivered and scaled within an innovative, digital agency. You’ll lead digital performance from the front, setting direction while remaining close enough to execution to ensure quality and results don’t drift.
Alongside owning key client relationships, you’ll contribute to new business, pitching and growth strategy, ensuring performance thinking is embedded in how the agency wins work.
Performance Direction- Shape and lead cross-channel performance strategy (Search, Paid Social, YouTube)
- Ensure activity is tied directly to commercial outcomes such as revenue
- Maintain high standards of delivery across all accounts
