We’re looking for a practical, hands on PPC Project Manager to join a busy Media team. You’ll be at the heart of paid media campaigns, making sure everything runs smoothly from planning and launch through to optimisation, all while keeping clients and internal teams in the loop. This is a great role for someone who thrives on juggling multiple campaigns, enjoys collaborating across teams, and isn’t afraid to step into client conversations when needed.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Keeping campaigns on track, from trafficking and QA to launch and optimisation
  • Turning commercial goals into clear, actionable plans for the media teams
  • Acting as the go‑to person for Account Managers and clients when it comes to delivery
  • Making sure resources are balanced and timelines are met without surprises
  • Helping spot trends, propose improvements and make campaigns perform even better
  • Supporting junior team members and sharing best practices
  • Keeping reporting and documentation neat, clear and useful

Who we’re after:

  • You’ve got at least 2 years’ project management experience in an agency, ideally with exposure to PPC or Ad Ops
  • You’re confident managing stakeholders and explaining technical details in a way that makes sense
  • You’re commercially aware and comfortable working with budgets and targets
  • You’re organised, practical and great at prioritising multiple campaigns at once
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SA360, GA4 or similar platforms
