We’re looking for a PPC Manager who doesn’t just run campaigns but knows how to make them fly. Someone who’s happiest when they’re deep in the data, testing, refining, and pushing performance past expectations. If you’re the type who spots opportunities others miss and actually enjoys turning complex numbers into simple stories clients love to hear, we should talk.
About the agency
This is an independent digital agency that’s growing fast, with a reputation for doing things properly and delivering results that matter. They work with ambitious brands across different industries, building long-term partnerships built on trust, creativity and performance. The culture is collaborative, energetic and down-to‑earth, no fluff, just smart people who genuinely enjoy what they do. It’s the kind of place where your ideas are listened to, your development is taken seriously, and the team celebrate the wins together.
What you’ll be up to
- Managing a portfolio of paid accounts across search, display and paid social
- Building strategies that go beyond clicks and impressions, driving growth that matters
- Owning budgets and making sure every pound works as hard as it can
- Running A/B tests, diving into analytics, and constantly looking for ways to improve performance
- Producing reports that don’t just show the numbers, but explain the “so what” behind them
- Collaborating with creatives, strategists and wider marketing teams to keep campaigns connected
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members, helping them develop as you progress too
What we’re after
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience running PPC campaigns
- Comfortable across multiple platforms (search, display, paid social) with the ability to adapt fast
- A proven track record of delivering performance gains — whether that’s better ROAS, lower CPL or smarter targeting
- A sharp, commercial mindset with the confidence to explain decisions and results
- Clear communicator, able to talk to clients in plain English and keep colleagues on the same page
- Proactive and curious — always looking for the next test, trend or opportunity
The set-up
This is a full-time role based in Leeds, with hybrid working. You’ll join a team that’s ambitious, supportive and not afraid to try new ideas. Development is a big focus, this isn’t about treading water, it’s about growing your skills, your confidence and your career.
Why you’ll want in
Because this isn’t a role where you just press buttons and send reports. It’s a chance to own campaigns end-to‑end, see the real impact of your work, and be part of a team that values ideas as much as results. You’ll get the space to try new approaches, the support to succeed, and the opportunity to shape your own progression.
