What You’ll Be Doing- Lead strategy across major digital transformation and experience design projects
- Define and deliver data-led customer strategies across web, mobile, intranet and portal ecosystems
- Collaborate with UX, technology, data and client teams to shape cohesive, personalised experiences
- Translate customer data, platform capabilities and business objectives into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Guide clients through complex digital change and help break down internal silos

- Solid background in digital strategy, customer experience or digital transformation
- Strong understanding of data-driven CX and personalisation across digital platforms
