We’re looking for a commercially driven Social / Performance Marketing professional to join a fast-growing agency working with exciting consumer brands across social, paid and digital performance. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and loves combining creative thinking with performance-led marketing.
A snapshot of the role:
- Own performance across paid social, organic activity across multiple client accounts
- Lead campaign strategy, budget allocation and optimisation across Meta, TikTok, Google and wider paid channels
- Drive awareness and social campaigns that deliver measurable growth
- Present performance insights and recommendations directly to clients
- Ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly across multiple brands
- Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging social-first content and high-performing paid assets
- Support and mentor the wider digital team, helping to drive collaboration and performance across departments.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Experience working within an agency environment - essential
- Proven experience in paid social, social media and performance marketing
- Meta and TikTok experience - essential
- Strong hands-on platform knowledge across social channels
- A solid understanding of both paid and organic social
- Commercially minded with a strong grasp of reporting, analytics and campaign performance
- Confident presenting to clients and the team
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work closely with creative and content teams.
