We are looking for a data-driven marketing manager who thrives in overseeing operational excellence. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves bringing structure, reporting and commercial focus to a marketing function.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of marketing activity
  • Manage campaign planning, execution, reporting and overall performance analysis
  • Coordinate major launches and marketing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track
  • Oversee CRM, email marketing and customer communications
  • Monitor budgets, marketing spend and ROI across campaigns
  • Produce clear performance reports, insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Analyse campaign and customer data to support marketing decisions and future activity
  • Support and guide the wider marketing team to ensure projects run efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain a consistent and positive customer and brand experience.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Previous experience within a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing position ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Experience of managing people / a team and overseeing a marketing function
  • Strong understanding of campaign delivery, reporting, marketing operations and performance analysis
  • Experience working with marketing data, insights and reporting tools
  • Confident managing multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously
  • Commercially aware with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, process-driven and solutions-focused approach.

PLEASE NOTE - This is initially a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
