Public Relations Executive in Leicester

I’m working with a well-established PR agency in Leeds that prides itself on doing meaningful work with clients across a mix of sectors. They’re growing steadily and now looking for a motivated PR Executive to join the team. Someone who’s curious, a strong communicator, and keen to build a long-term career in PR.

This role is ideal for someone with developing writing skills, a passion for media, and a genuine interest in learning from experienced colleagues. You’ll gain hands-on experience across content, media relations, research, events, client coordination and digital communications, with plenty of support and guidance.

What you’ll be involved in:

• Creating content, social posts, blog articles, press releases, newsletters and web copy
• Supporting client account coordination, meetings, notes, agendas, action reports
• Researching journalists, trends, coverage opportunities and industry themes
• Helping to build media contact lists and support pitching to journalists (full training provided)
• Assisting with events, briefings, webinars and digital assets such as podcasts and video content
• Helping to manage social media channels and pull performance reports
• Tracking client coverage and supporting with monthly reporting
