You’ll be joining a fast-growing agency and taking ownership of its entire organic proposition across SEO, Content, Digital PR and AI-driven search.
You’ll have the autonomy to:
- Define and evolve the organic strategy and offering
- Lead, mentor and grow a talented team
- Build strategies that drive visibility, qualified traffic and commercial growth
- Shape the agency’s approach to GEO, AEO and AI search, including platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini
- Work closely with wider marketing disciplines to deliver genuinely integrated campaigns
- Influence new business, thought leadership and the future direction of the agency
What I’m looking for:
- Senior experience across SEO, Content and/or Digital PR
- Strong technical SEO knowledge with a commercial mindset
- Proven experience leading and developing teams
- A genuine passion for the evolving world of AI and search
- Agency experience is preferred
- Someone ambitious, curious and excited by the opportunity to build than inherit
