The role
This is a senior position responsible for leading the development and execution of digital strategies in line with client objectives and brand guidelines. You will work across a range of digital channels and campaign types specific to the customer buyer journey, driving measurable outcomes.
- Plan, build, optimise and report on Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display and Paid Social campaigns, with attention to buyer behaviour.
- Support conversion tracking, GA4 measurement and campaign attribution best practice.
- Translate business goals into actionable digital plans that grow leads, bookings and sales.
- Align campaigns with broader client business objectives across the full customer journey.
- Absorb a client problem or campaign objective, then define, articulate and present recommendations confidently.
- Lead cross-channel campaign execution, ensuring performance and audience targeting are fully optimised.
- Use data and analytics to optimise campaigns at every stage and recommend actionable enhancements.
- Act as the digital voice for the agency, helping clients understand digital opportunities and presenting post campaign results with detailed insights.
- Support, mentor and develop junior members of the digital team.
- Work closely with creative, digital and account management teams to ensure a cohesive approach.
