This is an exciting opportunity to develop your SEO expertise while exploring the growing area of Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), helping brands improve their visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered platforms.
Working alongside experienced digital marketing, technical SEO and development specialists, you’ll use data, insights and industry knowledge to identify opportunities, optimise performance and support clients as the search landscape continues to evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and delivery of organic search strategies aligned with client objectives and commercial goals.
- Stay up to date with SEO, GEO, AI-powered search and emerging digital marketing trends, turning new developments into practical recommendations.
- Analyse search performance using first-party and third-party data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor organic visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms.
- Support technical SEO, content optimisation and website improvement initiatives to increase organic performance.
- Work collaboratively with internal specialists, developers and client stakeholders to ensure recommendations are implemented effectively.
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication, reporting and performance insights.
- Produce clear reports and presentations that highlight results, trends and opportunities for growth.
- Contribute to the development of search strategies, processes and service offerings as the industry evolves.
Experience Required:
- Experience in SEO or digital marketing, gained in an agency or in-house environment.
- A good understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO, content optimisation, website performance and search visibility.
- An interest in Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), AI-powered search and the future of organic discovery.
- Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, SEMrush or Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present insights to different audiences.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and developing your digital marketing expertise.
