I'm working with an independent brand and digital agency in Leeds that is hiring a Marketing & Growth Manager to work directly with the founder on new business growth. The agency works with ambitious brands across the UK and beyond, crafting brand and digital experiences that help them stand out, scale up and stay ahead. The client list spans household names and category disruptors, and the team has picked up industry recognition for both creative and digital work over the past year. It's a studio that takes craft seriously, keeps things independent, and genuinely enjoys pushing ideas further than most.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be close to the action from day one. You'll work directly with the founder on LinkedIn outreach, shaping a tone of voice that feels personal rather than templated. You'll build targeted prospect lists aligned to the agency's ideal client, keep the CRM genuinely up to date, and make sure follow-ups stay on track. You'll also help turn ideas into LinkedIn posts and light campaigns that actually sound human. It sits between marketing and sales, leaning into execution rather than strategy or closing.
What you'll be involved in:
