I'm working with a fast growing digital agency that delivers market leading eCommerce services to retail clients across the UK and Europe, and they're on the hunt for an Account Manager to join their Client Services team. You'll sit right in the middle of the action, working alongside designers, developers and directors to manage client websites, campaigns, marketing and reporting. One day you might be planning a new project launch, the next you're deep in the analytics or jumping on a client call. Looking after client websites, from product data and content updates to managing new requests like design tweaks, feature enhancements, promotions and activations Reporting and analytics, including recurring KPI reporting, ad hoc insight work and keeping an eye on website performance Managing jobs internally, planning and scheduling with the design and development teams and keeping everything moving through the ticketing system Building strong client relationships through regular calls and project catch ups Getting involved in new project launches from planning all the way through to QA testing eCommerce know how Strong planning, organisation and time management It would be a real bonus if you've worked agency side before, collaborated closely with designers, used tools like Jira or Confluence, managed eCommerce CMS platforms, or produced client reports using Google Analytics or similar.
