We are excited to be working with an award-winning, innovative insight agency based in Leeds, which is looking for a highly organised Fieldwork Operations Manager to join their growing team. The Fieldwork Operations Manager will be the project lead to oversee recruitment-only, fieldwork and data-led projects across a growing portfolio of qualitative and mixed-method research.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning and delivering multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, quality and deadlines are consistently met
  • Preparing costings and managing quotes, including facility hire and related logistics
  • Acting as a trusted client contact, providing clear updates and proactive communication throughout each project lifecycle
  • Monitoring capacity and resourcing, identifying potential risks early and escalating with solutions where needed
  • Managing participant incentives, budgets and reconciliations with foresight and precision
  • Line managing and supporting junior team members, helping them develop confidence and capability
  • Continuously reviewing processes and suggesting improvements to how projects are run
