We're partnering with an award-winning agency that is looking for an exceptional Director of Social who can drive social-first thinking! This is a rare senior leadership opportunity for a senior social leader to shape how social thinking influences an entire agency!

You'll be responsible for defining creative excellence across social channels, influencing integrated campaigns, strengthening new business performance, and ensuring social remains at the forefront of an ever-evolving agency.

We are looking for a Director of Social or Head of Social who can combine strategic vision, team leadership and deep platform expertise, bringing a strong understanding of culture, audience behaviour and emerging technologies to deliver standout work for well-known and ambitious brands.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you'll help shape the agency's social direction while championing innovative, culturally relevant platform-native ideas. You'll work closely with creative, strategy, client services and growth teams to ensure social insight informs campaign development from the outset, helping to create work that is both effective and creatively distinctive.
