We’re working with an instantly recognisable sporting institute in Leeds to find someone who can take ownership of their CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy, helping to grow revenue, deepen fan engagement and maximise customer lifetime value.

This is a high-impact role where you'll shape how we acquire, retain and engage fans across ticketing, memberships, hospitality and events.

Working across email, SMS, web, app and social, you'll create data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the Club's CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy.
  • Grow and segment our customer database to improve targeting and personalisation.
  • Create and optimise automated customer journeys that increase acquisition, retention and revenue.
  • Lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, web, app and social.
  • Use customer insight, testing and analytics to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Track campaign performance and revenue, reporting insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with commercial, digital and partnership teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Ensure CRM activity follows GDPR and data best practice.

Experience Required

  • Experience in CRM, lifecycle or growth marketing with a proven commercial impact.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation and customer segmentation.
  • A data-driven marketer who turns insight into measurable business growth.
  • Commercial mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills.
