The Partner & Activation Engagement Manager sits across account management, digital marketing and commercial partnerships, with a focus on turning signed partnerships into active, engaged, revenue-generating relationships. You’ll own the activation and ongoing performance of partners, planning campaigns, driving usage, increasing visibility and identifying growth opportunities.
This is not a traditional client services role. It’s a commercially driven activation and growth opportunity where you’ll be measured on engagement, uptake and revenue, along with keeping your partners happy!
What You’ll Be Doing:- Activation & Onboarding
- Take over from the Sales post signup and lead partner launches
- Plan and execute launch campaigns that drive early uptake
- Equip partners with clear messaging and ready-to-use assets
- Ongoing Engagement & Growth
- Build annual campaign plans per partner
- Deliver regular digital activity (email campaigns, seasonal pushes, promotional content)
- Test and refine messaging to improve sign-ups and repeat bookings
- Commercial Development
- Spot and act on upsell opportunities
- Increase campaign frequency and visibility
- Expand reach within partner organisations
- Performance & Reporting
- Track activation, engagement and revenue metrics
- Share clear, commercially focused updates
- Make practical, insight-led recommendations
You’ll also work closely with Sales and Marketing internally - feeding back what converts, what drives uptake and where future deals can be strengthened.
About You:- Commercially minded and proactive
- Enjoys blending account management with marketing
- Is confident in having growth conversations
- Likes being measured on outcomes, not activity
- Has energy, drive and strong business awareness
- B2B account management with revenue targets experience would be advantageous, or previous account management within a subscription or membership business
This role isn’t about customer support or reactive account handling, it’s about driving activation, engagement and commercial growth within a team that offers a supportive culture and opportunity to progress and grow.
