We're working exclusively with a fast-growing, premium e-commerce brand, one of those companies that's genuinely exciting to recruit for right now. They're Leeds based, ambitious, and building something brilliant. And they are looking for a Social & Influencer Executive to join them.

What you'll actually be doing:
- You'll be right in the thick of it, supporting the Senior Influencer Executive and getting hands on with campaigns from first outreach all the way through to reporting.
- You'll be building real relationships with creators, curating a roster that truly reflects the brand's aesthetic and values, and making sure every piece of content lands the way it should.
- Identify and research influencers and creators who genuinely align with the brand.
- Lead outreach, handle negotiations, and nurture long term creator relationships.
- Manage all the moving parts, briefing, content approvals, product seeding, timelines.
- Track campaign performance and pull together reports.
- Stay sharp on social trends, emerging content formats, and what's working in the influencer space right now.
- Collaborate closely with the wider marketing and creative teams so everything joins up beautifully.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in an influencer marketing or social media role, ideally within a consumer brand or agency environment.
- Has a strong instinct for great content and an eye for the right creator fit.
